Fundamentals Programme.
Our Fundamentals curriculum has been created by 10 x World Champion and arguably one of the greatest competitors of all time, Roger Gracie. Our fundamentals curriculum runs for 16 weeks. Focusing on the basics, we will help you build a solid foundation in which you can develop your game.
In every class, you will cover a self-defence technique, two Jiu-Jitsu techniques and finish with situational (specific) sparring. All classes have been designed for you as the beginner to learn and focus on building a solid foundation.
