Kids 7+ Juniors

Our kid’s programme follows a curriculum that has been specially designed for children and runs for 16 weeks.

The curriculum your child will follow is based on the fundamentals. We believe focusing on the basics and building a solid base is the best way to learn.

Our kids’ classes focus on self-defence and situational sparring. We create a fun environment in which your child can learn valuable life lessons and Jiu-Jitsu techniques that can help keep them safe and active.

Every week your child will become more confident as they progress through our curriculum. They will receive their promotions in front of the whole class which is a very proud and exciting moment for you and your child.

Fundamentals Programme.

Our Fundamentals curriculum has been created by 10 x World Champion and arguably one of the greatest competitors of all time, Roger Gracie. Our fundamentals curriculum runs for 16 weeks.  Focusing on the basics, we will help you build a solid foundation in which you can develop your game.

In every class, you will cover a self-defence technique, two Jiu-Jitsu techniques and finish with situational (specific) sparring. All classes have been designed for you as the beginner to learn and focus on building a solid foundation.

Intermediate / Comp Class

Our Intermediate classes are where you sharpen your game.

Centred around situational sparring. Our Intermediate classes are focused on the study of advanced techniques with plenty of specific training. A proven formula to take your game to the next level.

You will drill techniques or takedowns to warm up. You will then study the techniques covered that week then begin situational sparring with students similar in weight, level & experience.

The main benefits of the Intermediate class are:

  • Increased intensity
  • Studying advanced techniques
  • Lots of specific training
  • Sparring with similar levels


PLEASE NOTE: This class is for White Belt 3 Stripes and above
