A Timetable Built Around You

We offer 48 sessions per week across our adult and kids programmes, with options for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners.

Whether you’re looking to train once a week or every day, our timetable is designed to make it easy to build a consistent routine that fits your schedule.

16 Week Curriculum

Sessions follow a 16-week plan that repeats on a loop. You can start any week and catch the rest as it comes around.

Every new student starts in the Fundamentals programme. You learn the right moves in the right order, so good habits stick before things get more challenging.

The Gracie Barra curriculum gives you a full picture of Jiu-Jitsu from day one, so nothing important gets missed.

Adult's timetable

Fundamentals
Learn the core moves of Jiu-Jitsu from day one. Build a solid base so you can roll with anyone. Open to all adults. No experience needed.

Advanced
Drill the transitions, attacks, and counters that decide a roll at the higher belts. Work the small details that separate a good from great. Open to blue belts and above.

Semi-Private
A small group setting for students on the six-week challenge. You leave each session knowing what to work on next.

Live Training (Sparring):
Roll live with training partners each session. This is where your technique becomes instinct. Open to white belts with three or more stripes.

Common questions

If your child is approaching the upper end of their current age group, our advice is usually to book them into the higher group from the start.

It saves them from having to change sessions and make new friends all over again a few months down the line.

That said, if your child is particularly small or big for their age it might change things slightly, so get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.

We recommend two sessions a week for steady progress.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to offer a temporary once-a-week membership until you’re ready to train at full capacity.

Get in touch, and we’ll have an honest conversation about what works for you.

For kids’ sessions, yes.

We ask parents to book a recurring slot so we can manage numbers and keep groups consistent.

You don’t need to reconfirm each week; it just runs automatically.

Adult members can turn up to whichever sessions suit them without booking ahead.

For adults, missing the odd session won’t set you back. Just come back the following week and pick up where you left off.

For kids students, we don’t offer makeup sessions as a standard rule, but if you give us notice in advance, we may have capacity in another session that week.

Get in touch, and we’ll do what we can. See our full policies for details.
