Started on the 6 week course to learn the fundamentals and it's been amazing. Nervous to start anything new but needn't have been. From the minute you go into the gym there is a great community, the coaches are brilliant and the knowledge different class. It becomes very addictive, very quickly. Its a great workout for the body but a real eye opener for the mind ????
